On Oct. 12, China Biotech Fermentation Industry Intelligent Manufacturing Promotion and Service Center Preparatory Work Conference was held at Zhejiang TOFine Technology Co., Ltd. China Biotech Fermentation Industry Association’s Chairman Shi Weichen and Secretary-General Dr. Du Jun, TOFine’s Board Chairman Xu Chi, General Manager Chen Haidong, Chief Engineer Zhang Qing, Executive Vice President Prof. Liang Lihua of the College of Mechanical Engineering, Zhejiang University of Technology, Prof. Yang Jian from Zhejiang University, Prof. Chen Ning from Tianjin University of Science & Technology, Hangzhou Automation Society’s Secretary-General Lv Chunfang and other leaders attended the conference.

Dr. Du Jun reported China Biotech Fermentation Industry Intelligent Manufacturing Promotion and Service Center Implementation Plan, introduced the fermentation industry’s situation and the center’s background of emergence, discussed the center’s establishment, personnel, work content, progress and objectives in 2017-2018. To further push forward intelligent manufacturing, adhere to scientific decision-making and improve the decision-making consulting level for intelligent manufacturing development and other major problems, initiated by Mr. Shi, the center’s members and experts present further discussed the establishment of an intelligent manufacturing expert advisory committee.

TOFine introduced the company’s development history, main business, development plan, experience and understanding in intelligent manufacturing to the leaders and experts present. The leaders visited the company’s automated intelligent equipment production workshop, recognized the company’s level in intelligent manufacturing fields, and further strengthened the center’s confidence in serving the industry better.

The center’s establishment will integrate industry, university, research, application, government and financial resource, use multilevel intelligent manufacturing technologies to explore market advantages and potential, to better serve the industry and enterprises’ intelligent technology and equipment application, further enhance industry-university-research interaction and communication in the field of intelligent manufacturing, promote the all-round integration and innovative development of the new-generation information technology, design, R&D, manufacturing and marketing management, make contributions to the Chinese biotech fermentation industry’s intelligent manufacturing.
